These oversized rooms located on the second floor offer superb views of the waters and sunsets from the private balcony. Accommodation include 1 king bed plus sleeper sofa or two queen sized beds plus sleeper sofa, eating area with mini fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, tv, a/c. Sleeps up to 6 people. Standard rooms
Located on our ground level. These standard size rooms offer excellent views of the waters from a shared deck. Accommodation include 1 king size bed, shower, tv, microwave, coffee maker and a/c. Sleeps up to two people. Images

Suite
A two-room unit with one king size bed and one queen size bed in the second room, mini fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, tv, a/c. Sleeps up to 5 people. Suites may include full size kitchen or balcony. Images

Rates and Regulations
All rates based on two people, add $10.00 per day per additional person. A one night deposit plus tax is required for room reservationPrices subject to ME taxes. Rates higher on Holidays and weekends. A fourteen (14) day cancellation notice is required for refund of deposit. Refunds are subject to a $20.00 administrative fee. VISA and MASTERCARD welcome. No personal checks accepted. All rooms are non-smoking. We have only few pet friendly rooms. Call to check for availability of these rooms and pet policy.
Office hours from 10 A.M. -9 P.M. For late arrival call the office. Check-in time 3 P.M. or later. Check out Time 11 A.M. or earlier.
